Here is what you need to know about stress and anxiety among students


Are you a student? Do you feel stressed before an important deadline or do exams make you anxious? It is totally normal. Most students actually experience stress and anxiety during their studies,

63% - six in ten - students said that feel levels of stress that interfere with their day to day lives, in a survey by YouGov from 2016.

Almost eight in ten students (77%) of all students also said that they fear failure.

Seven in ten (71%) said that work from university is one of their main sources of stress. The second biggest concern for students is finding a job after university (39%) followed by family related issues (35%).

Jobs and relationships (23% each) and friends (22%) are also huge concerns for students and sources of stress.

So, there you go - we all get stress stress and anxiety at times. We all got some issues.
